These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and turbo78 ("turbo78", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the turbo78 online casino and sports betting platform available at turbo78.cam and any associated applications, tools, or services.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on turbo78, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. turbo78 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities in accordance with internationally accepted responsible gambling standards.
• You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity as a private individual, not as a commercial or professional entity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction on any other licensed gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of turbo78 or any of its affiliated entities.

turbo78 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by turbo78 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. turbo78 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party nor permit any other individual to access the Platform through your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as your own and you will be held fully accountable for it.

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations, turbo78 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to permitting continued deposit and wagering activity.

The following documentation is typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity:  A valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — showing full name, date of birth, and ID number.
• Proof of Address:  A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months displaying your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification:  A clear photograph of you holding your government-issued ID next to your face, confirming physical possession of the document.
• Payment Method Verification:  Confirmation that deposit payment methods (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank account) are registered in your own name.

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. turbo78 reserves the right to request additional documentation where deemed necessary. Pending KYC completion, withdrawal processing may be paused. Submission of false or altered documentation constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.

turbo78 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), DuitNow QR, and USDT TRC20. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of such deposits and potential Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers (FPX/DuitNow) within the same business day for verified accounts; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes. These are indicative times only and may vary.

turbo78 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside turbo78's control. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the Player.

turbo78 offers various promotional incentives to Players including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, VIP tier benefits, and time-limited promotional offers. All such bonuses are governed by this Agreement and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms before opting in.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging, or coordinated group wagering is prohibited.
• turbo78 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, adjust wagering requirements, or close an Account where bonus abuse is detected.
• Players may opt out of bonus offers by contacting support prior to making a qualifying deposit.

All wagers placed on the turbo78 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets), or any other wagering product — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, game-specific rules shall prevail.

turbo78 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures or interruptions during game play, subject to reasonable efforts being made to restore service. Where a technical malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, turbo78 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.

In the case of sports betting, official results as published by the relevant governing body shall be final. turbo78 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with standard industry practice in cases of match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the turbo78 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Any conduct that in turbo78's reasonable judgement adversely affects the integrity of the Platform, its games, or other Players.

All content on the turbo78 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of turbo78 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of turbo78.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turbo78, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from wagering activities, technical interruptions, or data breaches caused by third parties.

turbo78's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total sum deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose, net of any withdrawals made during the same period.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit turbo78's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

turbo78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful. The following tools are available on every Account and can be activated by contacting our support team or directly within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits:  Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Limits:  Restrict the duration of any single gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Period:  Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion:  Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm, please seek support from Gamblers Anonymous Malaysia or the National Addiction Helpline. turbo78 will cooperate with any request to enforce responsible gambling measures and will not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion requests.

turbo78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity has been conducted through the Account;
• KYC documents have not been provided within the required timeframe;
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit by the Player's payment provider;
• The continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to turbo78.

Upon termination for cause, turbo78 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any amounts offset against outstanding claims.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified remaining balance will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which turbo78 operates its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

turbo78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — turbo78 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent Platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
